IHO services are FREE! The first step to using IHO's services is completing the IHO Needs Analysis. This will help IHO better evaluate the essentials necessary for improving the veteran’s current quality of life.
Step 1: Complete the IHO Needs Analysis. The Needs Analysis will cover a wide range of topics including benefits, expectations and current interests.
Step 2: An IHO Agent will then contact the service member or veteran via e-mail or phone to schedule an appointment with them to better understand their specific situation.
Step 3: The IHO Agent will collaborate and go over the individual’s needs analysis together.
Step 4: The IHO Agent will then contact the service member or veteran and inform them of benefits and resources they may qualify for.
Step 5: The IHO Agent will keep and maintain a strong communication channel with the service member or veteran to follow-up on their progress and provide any additional help.
